I drove about an hour to their office this morning and was surprised to see the office was well organized. The security officer checked my appointment time and let me in (he is very polite). The waiting room was clean and it took the gentleman several minutes to process my doc.

Weeks ago, I had called the office couple of times to schedule my appointment and they were flexible to meet my needs. Good job!

I bought 2x4s for a job. Paid cash. They don't accept cards, but checks are OK. I ran out of gas as I was leaving. They had gas, so I bought 4 gallons and they poured it in the tank for me. They are helpful and polite.

Absolutely dreaded taking my 85 year old mother to the Marion office to straighten out multiple issues.
What a great experience it turned out to be! Darrell was absolutely wonderful, he was so patient and so kind and so helpful it just made such a difference. We really appreciated the time he took with us — even the guard at the door was extremely kind and helpful and nice to everybody that walked in… I highly recommend this office for service !
