I was recommended to Mark for tire replacement on my Street Glide. I couldn't be more impressed with the detail he paid to my bike. He thoroughly explained everything he did. Also he is very knowledgeable. He definitely earned more business from me.

I've been having Mark mount and balance tires that I brought to him for as long as I can remember, it seems like maybe 20 years. Always does a great job. Maybe 10 years ago he suggested that I get tires from him instead of bringing my own and that he can be competitive. I honestly didn't know he would order parts, I thought he just provided service so I had him start ordering the tires for me. He is very competitive and even if he charged a few bucks more, which he doesn't, I'd still have him order tires for me so I can support the small local business. One time I wanted him to change my valve stems to metal ones and he must have spent an hour getting the right setup for me that wouldn't leak. great guy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Mark has always been very helpful in filling my orders and is very knowledgeable in his field. Not only have I Baught Vehicles from him but I have purchased many parts, tires, helmets, oil, batteries, chargers etc., have had work completed by his shop and I've never been disappointed. Mark and his team are top shelf!

I was referred to Mark by a friend when I noticed the valve stem on my R6 had a crack. The first 2 shops I contacted had 1 month or greater turnaround times to change a valve stem. Mark got me in the same day!! He even stayed open later than normal to accommodate my work schedule. Great guy to talk to with an abundance of knowledge. Will be back in the spring for a new set of tires for sure!

Mark is a terrific guy and knows his stuff. The only place to get motorcycle tires in my opinion. He is very knowledgeable and articulate. Competitive pricing and great service. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. Always glad to answer a question and help you understand your ride. I highly recommend 4WS.
