My roof began leaking from severe wind damage in late June/early July 2022. After researching the best roofers i selected Absolute Assurance Restorations and asked for an estimate. Nick Williams came out to assess the damage and guided me through the insurance claim process. I had never filed an insurance claim, so Nick’s expertise was critical in getting the claim approved. I could not have done this on my own. Nick was also instrumental in getting approval from the insurance company to bring my roof up to code, which involved addtional work to the foundation of the roof since my home was over 70 years old. I could not be more pleased with the final result. I got the roof on my home and my garage replaced and updated thanks to Nick’s expertise and superb negotiating skills. Nick is an exceptional Project Manager and he personally supervised all the work so that it was completed in just two days. The results are spectacular!!! Repairing a roof is expensive and can be a daunting experience without the right professional to guide you through the process.
