Faith was super quick to respond. We had them out to inspect our roof. Very honest salesman. Showed us where mail were coming up and needed pounded back down. Didn’t tell us we needed a roof immediately but definitely in the future. Not pushy at all. So when we are ready to replace our roof we will be giving them a call.

This company did an amazing job on our new metal roof! When we called for quotes, Shevan came out next day to do a quote for us! They were able to get us scheduled super quick to get our roof installed. It took 1.5 days for them to get the job done. The crew did a great job and we are super impressed.

The roof looks great. Company needs to learn organizational skills. Got a call at 8:30 am on Friday stating they would be there that day to get the roof started. No advance notice. The crew could hardly speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them. Staff from company stopped by for 15 minutes and never returned the rest of the day. The crew did not do a good job in cleaning up the yard especially within the fence where dogs live. I am still finding pieces of metal and screws in my back yard. On the first day they could not finish my roof because they ran out of material. I was told the crew for the gutters would be here in the morning and they didn’t show up until 1:30. It was dark when they finished and did not notice that they didn’t finish a downspout and now it is washing out dirt into my garage and floods when it rains. They will hopefully be back out within the next few days to finish. They also did not install the ice bar and had to email asking about that. I was told they would put it over the garage and down the sidewalk. They refused to put it down each of the sidewalks. I was on my way home from vacation and received a call from the office asking me about my final payment. I had already paid it and had a paid receipt from them. They need to double check open invoices before they call. This was very upsetting to me. I didn’t give them five stars due to the issues in getting this job done.

Update: Staff from American Metal Roofing came today and talked with me on how they could improve. They have made some changes to the office. I feel they are trying to make things right which I appreciate. So I am changing my three stars to five stars. This shows they do care about their customers.
