The lady that waited on me was time efficient (got a shipping label ready for me as I was checking over the merchandise I was preparing to mail). She even was so nice to seek out a box (and newspaper for packaging) that would fit my items to mail. I was in awe! Not too many people do 1 thing for you, but all? Excellent job. Just moved to this town. Thumbs up

I had two boxes to ship today and rather than have to deal with the crowd at the Wooster post office a week before Christmas I’d take my chances going out of my way to go to the Apple Creek PO. Best decision I made all day. 😆 The lady who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful and I had no wait. I generally loathe going to the post office but this was actually a pleasant experience. 👏🏼

I received a notice on a package that was supposedly out for delivery. "Your action required
The carrier was not able to access the front door to deliver your package. This sometimes occurs when carriers do not have an access code for a gated community or secure building. Please contact for next steps."

Update this was not the fault of my Apple Creek post office. This was upstream from them. My local carriers made sure the problem was rectified. They have always done a fantastic job.
