Armstrong Air & Space Museum

Rainy day so headed up to visit the museum. Easy-access off of interstate 75. Lots of great history on the US space program. A real moon rock was the highlight for the kids. Watch a portion of the movie on the moon landing. This is a Blue Star museum so free entry for military and families between memorial day and Labor day. Took about 1 hr 20 min to go through with the little kids. If I was solo could have spent 2 hours or so there.

Right along I-75 is the museum Neil Armstrong didn’t want built…but it has some great relics in there from the space race. It is run down and needs some updates, but if you can get past the first impressions, you’ll find a small bit mighty museum with some incredible history in it. Definitely worth a stop if your driving along mid Ohio and at $10; well worth the price of admission. You can see everything in under an hour easy.

Let’s cut to the chase this place is a solid two hours of awesome space sh*t. Armstrong was an American hero the rare kind of hero that doesn’t have a closet full of skeletons. Great place to take photos with the kids and not have to worry about someone finding the photos in 30 years and thinking “I can’t believe they posed in front of a statue of that monster.”

If you're in town, definitely stop by this place. For the price, it's a good 30 min to 1 hr to spend here. Ticket prices are not expensive however when I called a few weeks ago, I was told I would get a group discount but when I came to the museum, they said they don't do that but I showed them the email and they honored it. I really appreciate them for that. Apart from that, the museum was really good. Really good stuff there. They have the actual Gemini shuttle there which was pretty cool

An absolutely wonderful museum with great artifacts! I really really enjoyed this museum. It has a nice layout, nice flow and order to things. The exhibits are GREAT and have some really amazing artifacts that probably otherwise would be at the Smithsonian in DC. This museum is not huge but it is mighty!! 1000% worth your time. The staff was super friendly as well. Thank you for a great experience!
