“Just dealt with the worst service ever. Went into the store a month ago and was able to get a lease set up with a customer associate with no problems. I went in today and a different associate told me five times over that they are not allowed to do anything with leasing, they will not be helping me like the other associate did, and they did not explain how I could make the purchase I was trying to make, nor did they even ask a manager or other employee about how I got my lease done before and maybe something they didn’t know about. The result was me leaving the store and not spending my money with them, going on to leave a bad review, and now shopping from Amazon again, because unlike your customer associates Amazon WILL help you with leasing. I have spent a lot of money here, after this I will be returning what I can and not be buying anything else. The little boy who was responsible for this was the child in the grey beanie hat on 1/4/23 around 2:15 PM at the checkout.” -

(February 14, 2023, 9:02 am)Had some questions about home stereo and Bluetooth components. Spoke to Shelby who was very generous with his time and patient with my questions. I ended up making a purchase that worked out very well. He also told me that they have a service where they can send a person to your house and assess your needs without cost.
