I bought a 2024 Crosstrek from this dealership. The experience was amazing! Ramiz was fantastic; kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and more. The process was incredibly easy and fast too from start to finish. The trade and vehicle price were agreed upon before I even set foot in the dealership. Literally all I had to was walk in, drive the vehicle to ensure I liked it, pay and leave. It was so easy.

After emailing several dealers about ordering a BRZ, Nael at Brunswick was the only one to answer all the questions in my email and confirm they could still order one. A couple emails and a quick phone call got the car ordered and 4 months later it showed up. Brunswick was about 2.5 hours away and the BRZ is in high demand so I braced for possible last minute dealership tomfoolery as I drove down. The dealer experience could not have been better. Nael showed me the car as we waited a few minutes for the finance department to prepare documents. No high pressure warranty pitches, etc. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and we were soon back on the road headed home. Thanks!

Janice Huang was instrumental in securing my business - from negotiating price to reserving exactly the car I wanted to the pick up and signing process. I hadn’t bought a car in 16 years. **UPDATE** This issue has been resolved by Brunswick Subaru! A big thanks to Ravi, Rocky, Chuck, and Rick for helping get me into a different Certified vehicle! Honestly, I wasn't sure if this would get resolved---but these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the problem and get me back on the road quickly after my original review. I can't tell you enough how appreciative I am for all the attention you guys put into this. Thanks again for helping me out!

**ORIGINAL REVIEW** I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Outback in January. My buying experience was just fine---my sales person was attentive and we worked well together. My issue is with the QUALITY of the vehicle I received. I test drove the vehicle at night---and was unable to see the touch screen damage in the dark. Upon delivery of the car, my sales person pointed out that the center of the touch screen was not responding as he tried to pair my phone to Bluetooth. He advised me to clean the screen when I got home to see if the problem resolved. It did not. The screen flashed and flickered the entire drive home. The next morning---I observed these condensation bubbles under my touch screen. The dealership assured they would replace this---however I have learned the required parts have been on backorder for MONTHS with no ETA on when they will become available. I understand the dealership's hands are tied due to supply chain issues with parts. However, the issue is that this touch screen was signed off on as part of their CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED PROTOCOL. I literally have documentation showing that someone signed off that the touch screen was in working order. It's not. At all. This is a safety concern while driving because I cannot use the navigation system and must look at my mobile device to see maps. The flashing and flickering of the screen is incredibly distracting and distorting the driver's peripheral vision. I have now had this car for 2 months with no end in site for the repair. How could Brunswick Subaru be ok with Certifying a vehicle in this condition? I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned because I wanted the quality associated with it!! At this point, I want a resolution. This dealership will continue to hear from me until I am in a car that reflects the standard of Certified Pre-Owned. Unacceptable.

We had a fabulous experience at Brunswick Subaru! Ramiz helped us select the Outback Limited and it has all of the features we wanted plus many more! We were downsizing from our minivan and the Outback was the perfect vehicle for that transition. The folks at Brunswick Subaru were professional, very knowledgeable of their products, and friendly. We walked away with a good deal and a great vehicle. Bill Hawkins who handled our paperwork was efficient and covered everything thoroughly with us.
