I dropped it off with no appt for oil change and tire rotation. They texted me when it was done. I came back to pick it up - service was free- and out the door I went. Very smooth process. Would highly recommend the service dept at Brunswick vw

Our salesperson, Luke, was excellent at answering my questions, didn’t give the whole salesman spiel. Just a straightforward, nice young man. The dealership went above and beyond to get the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, at the price I wanted.

Going on 3yrs since buying the passat . All the maintenance that has been performed on this vehicle has been at your dealership ,I have been very satisfied with the service. The counter people are very good and knowledgeable,They make you feel welcome and at ease, and everything that has been performed on this vehicle has been excellent.

The front desk service folks and cashier are always so helpful. As part of my service visit, they were able to arrange to have the front floor mats washed which made my day. Someone also had a look at my upholstery and shared some good recommendations to remove stains. Those little touches mean a lot because I love my Beetle!
