I ordered an item that I received in the mail 3 days later. Unfortunately that item was damaged in shipping. I contacted BZB and they sent out a replacement right away. 5 days later the replacement showed up more damaged than the first package I received. I contacted BZB again and this time asked for a refund. It took 9 more days but I was issued a refund. Customer Service was very friendly and did a fine job responding to emails. If I find anything else I need at a lower price than the competition I will definitely order from BZB again!

I came across BZB Marine & RV through a Google Search looking for a set of replacement jack motors for my slide in truck camper. I found their website very easy to use the products I purchased were fair priced. They shipped my order the very same day and I received them within two business days. Spoke to one of their associates by telephone just confirming who I was as a real person who was making the purchase. The conversation was very helpful as we confirmed my order. I will be looking to do more business with them going forward.

BZB provided the quickest delivery of my purchase i have ever experienced. It came exactly as I ordered it....even though I ordered the wrong item. Totally my fault. They are allowing me to return it and will help me get the correct part.
Customer service! I'll definitely be using them again.....and....no, I'm not a relative of theirs.

BZB Marine was a very easy choice when it came time to purchase a cover for our travel trailer. I had shopped online and after seeing higher prices nearly everywhere, I decided to go with BZB. There were other sites that offered lower prices on the actual cover but after adding shipping costs, it would cost more than BZB’s total because of their free shipping policy. The order arrived promptly and within their projected arrival time. I had a tracking number to follow shipping progress. The order was just what I had purchased and arrived undamaged.

As a side note, I will be ordering from BZB again later this year. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for our trailer based on the listed size, which turned out to be the inside dimensions! Foolishly, I ordered without pulling a tape measure on the outside of the unit. The cover protects the trailer but one zipper cannot be closed completely. As a retired building contractor, I should have measured twice and ORDERED once.

Quick story about this company and their excellent follow through on correcting an issue with an order. I received an order from BZB Marine via Amazon. Unfortunately my order was picked incorrectly by the warehouse, not once but twice. Mistakes happen its the customer service after the sale that has earned my 4 star rating. BZB quickly acknowledged the issue in the warehouse with the parts, called me personally to apologize, and were quick to send me out a correct replacement.
