i am a first time customer with them and am very pleased with their service. i got 4 replacement tires that hold the road better than my previous tires ever did. Nice folks. Worth your time to check them out.

Complete professionals 100% focused on customer service. I brought my mom's car to this location for 4 new tires and they immediately spotted some serious safety concerns once the car was lifted. They walked me through their concerns and recommended I skip the new tires as the car was really at the end of its life. They could have easily performed the tire service and sent me on my way. Instead, they immediately refunded my purchase (I had ordered/purchased the tires online) and recommended the car be replaced as soon as possible. The front desk person and technician I spoke to were both courteous, honest, and ethical. I was charged nothing for the inspection. This shop is top notch and I will absolutely be bringing my own vehicles here and recommending it to friends and family. The service was impeccable.

My car got towed to Grismer somewhat randomly after a flat tire and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! They were the most kind and helpful shop I’ve ever been to. Kelly, the manager, was honest and didn’t try to oversell me. Will definitely be back!

I have used Grismer’s in Westerville with the last two companies I’ve worked with, and I also use them personally for my own vehicles as well. Kelly, Frank and the team there are excellent. They always have a quick turnaround on my repairs and fair pricing to boot. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I can.
