Cardinal Catering

Just did a tasting with Becky, she prepared Italian chicken, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, shrimp linguine and a spring inspired salad. If you’re reading this and are looking for a catering service go no further, The food was amazing. All of the flavors complimented each other and everything just tasted clean and light. 10/10 i kid you not.

Cardinal Catering is absolutely wonderful. We love Becky. Cardinal catered our wedding back in March and we were blown away (we knew we would be based on how good the tasting was). Everyone is still telling me that it is the best wedding food they have ever had. Their staff was so wonderful and pleasant to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

We hired Cardinal Catering for our wedding immediately following our tasting. Why? Cause the food was just too good! They cooked on site and you could taste the difference. Everything was fresh and tasted exactly like it had at our original tasting. We really enjoyed our experience with them and would consider hiring again for any future events.

Cardinal Catering hosted all of the food for my August wedding. The food was to die for! Absolutely amazing! I had so many complements on how great the appetizers were, and the dinner was great! The fresh baked rolls they make are fabulous! What a big hit! Thank you for everything, and for making our night great!

We selected Cardinal Catering for our wedding reception after a free tasting at Becky's kitchen. Their food is seriously good! Several guests commented at how good all of the food was, from the appetizers to salad to main course. Their BBQ is awesome! Big shoutout to their onsite staff, who showed up in an army of five people, and went above and beyond our expectations on the day of the wedding.

Our only issue is in the weeks preceding the wedding, Becky was very unresponsive or short in her emails when she did respond. Cardinal Catering was the only vendor that we were worried wouldn't show up on time or would get something wrong. We had to get our venue owner to intervene for us, because Becky's mobile kitchen wasn't going to work onsite and we couldn't get a hold of her to coordinate this problem. This aspect of planning our wedding could have been much better.

Overall, we were satisfied with the value, at under $18/person, verses the quality of the food. On the day of, the staff knocked everything out of the park in terms of professionalism and helpfulness.
