Dr. Porter and Lauren were awesome. I tore my hip flexor and a two other ligaments in my hip 3 years ago, running a marathon. Intelligently, I kept running ;-).

This is the first place that I have been that immediately helped with the pain and in getting the flexibility back in my hip. As of yesterday, I am cleared to run again. Thanks guys. I highly recommend.

If you are in need of PT, Central Ohio Physical Therapy in Delaware is the place to go! Dr. Porter is truly a blessing and words cannot express how thankful I am to have found her. She saved me from having to have surgery. She gave me back freedom to be able to move without being in agony from the amount of pain I was in. I recently moved to NC, but drove back to Ohio to see Dr. Porter for PT. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you visit COPT! Dr. Porter definitely deserves an award and I will be forever grateful!

This wonderful team provided me with physical therapy for 1) plantar fasciitis, and 2) total hip replacement. Because of their expertise, my fasciitis is completely gone and my hip is totally functional. Because of their warm, friendly, and professional care, spending time with them each week was a pleasure. It’s been one week since I was too healed to keep scheduling appointments, and I miss our therapy sessions. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend Central Ohio Physical Therapy highly enough.

Dr Kelleen Porter and Lauren Downard are highly skilled in physical therapy techniques and have successfully treated my foot and back problems. They have completely resolved the lower back pain that has bothered me for many years, which is an accomplishment that no other physical therapists have been able to do. They maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that makes the weekly visits fun and enjoyable. Beth, the office coordinator, does a wonderful job of accommodating a wide variety of scheduling needs. Don’t let their location attached to the Foot and Ankle Wellness Center mislead you – they do physical therapy for ALL types of problems – not just foot and ankle problems. Dr Porter and Lauren are great! They enjoy helping people get back to our regular activities. They allow the patient to be a part of the plan, it matters if you feel something is helping or not they want your feedback. They try different procedures and discuss with you and each other to get the best action plan in place. They work extremely well as a team! Great job ladies!
