(November 14, 2021, 7:36 pm)I have never, in the 12 years I lived here in Wooster, had any issues with the people in this facility or others locally or in Cleveland Clinic itself in Cleveland. They are courteous, helpful, kind, patient and the nurses, doctors, and others are the best. These last couple years have been super trying, yet some people think they are to be waiting on and giving privileged treatment over all others who were there before them. My personal physician is the best I have had in my whole 73 years, and I had thought I had the best at other times. People, in this town, I found, since living here, are either decent, kind patient people, or they are selfish, demanding and mean. Not too many are in between. Take that into consideration when reading these reviews. Some should try being the one serving people in this city for a week, and they might see for themselves who the bad reviewers are and what they are about. When you have an choice, and you always have a choice, be kind and decent. Set the example of how YOU want others to treat you!!
