Conrad is the man! I went in to get a "tune up" on my mountain bike which was rattling due to a cross country drive, and he explained that at most a safety check was required (cheaper than tune up). Took the bike in a Friday and it was ready a Saturday, and the difference was day and night. They know their stuff at this shop and definitely prioritize customer service over raking in profits!

Many great experiences with this shop. Walked in one evening with my sons bike prepared to drop it off with rear derailleur issues. Without hesitation, Mike threw our bike on the stand and did a full adjustment and had it back to us in no time. Most recently, I dropped off my bike with mechanical issues with slipping of the chain. Conrad called and discussed a few possibilities with me, but wasn’t able to recreate my issue. I came in and Conrad very patiently worked with me and after a few test rides determined what it was. Again, they dropped everything they were doing, threw it on the stand and fixed it on the spot. Great mechanics. Great guys. 10 out of 10

Creekside Cyclery have the best customer service. They will help you out with any bicycle needs you may have. I received a hand me down tricycle and they went above and beyond to help get it road worthy. They also repaired my beach bike when the tires needed replaced. They are awesome here. I highly recommend them.

I 100% recommend this bike shop! They’re absolutely great! We went in and weren’t really sure what we wanted and they helped us find the absolute best bikes! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice! They even installed my bike basket and put together the bike carrier for our car! We will definitely be lifelong customers of this shop! Best bike shop ever!

If you want your bike serviced, this is the place to go! I took my bike up because it was in pretty rough condition it was covered in rust, the tires were shot, and my gears didn’t shift properly at all. What I got back was basically a brand new bike. Conrad did a great job with it, cleaned up all the rustic fixed my brake lines, cleaned my chain and overhauled the gears, and got me some great new tires that are perfect for where I ride. There was such a great attention to detail, and he definitely went over the whole bike with a fine tooth comb. He found things we didn’t realize were causing problems and fixed them. And probably the nicest thing was that he remembered me saying how much I loved that bike and so he really wanted to make sure that I got a great new bike back. Overall, great service and great work. 10/10 would recommend, and definitely will be going back to them for anything else I need.
