(May 4, 2023, 10:20 am)Wow. After years of a hard tail I wanted to upgrade to a full suspension. Justin was perfect. He listened first, gave options, knowledge, and was respectful, patient and empowering to me as a customer.
This was a large purchase for me, and every step of the way they were there to listen, and support. Great senses of humor, the whole staff genuinely loves what they do, and are again, crazy knowledgeable. They were very respectful of my slim budget too, gave me the most bang for my buck, and made sure the suspension was calibrated to me & fit was perfect.
I went home with a Liv Embolden 1, with a SRAM GX wireless upgrade, added seat dropper and a smile that won’t stop.

(January 7, 2019, 2:10 pm)K&G is a professional bike shop, fully stocked primarily with Cannondale, Giant, and a couple other brands. Everything from bikes to accessories to a service and repair shop is there. Kevin helped me with my purchase and was knowledgeable and patient. I had not bought a bike in 20 years and a lot has changed. Did I mention that Kevin was patient? Would not hesitate to recommend this establishment!
