CrossFit Illuminate

A dear friend of mine, encouraged me to attend my first CrossFit class. I can honestly say I have no regrets. This group of professionals were incredibly patient, informative, and attentive to my limitations and what stood out the most was the positive support from other members. Knowing it was my first time, they made me feel so comfortable and confident to keep going. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this CrossFit gym for anybody who wants to try it out. Also, the music was on point!!

Being new to CrossFit, I was nervous about coming here at first. I quickly learned that all the coaches are truly invested in teaching proper form, and they help you scale the exercises to challenge you just enough without overwhelming you. The hours and location are very convenient, too. I’m happy to be a member here.

Love this gym! Very light and spacious with great workouts and instructors. Owners and members are super friendly! There is always a way to modify workouts or movements if you aren't comfortable or just not quite ready to do certain things. And many members scale or modify in some way so it is not like you "stand out" if you do that. I'm 51 years old and have never been so consistent with my fitness than since deciding to try CF ... it really can be for everyone!

Came in for a drop in today and was awesome! The facility is fantastic, the owner who I have known prior is the best! I highly recommend this CrossFit gym to everyone! I have been to to many CrossFit gyms not just in this state but all over the country and I have to say this is definitely one of the best! Come here if you are thinking about a top notch experience and community!
