Amazing work out. With the balance bikes, you use your whole body- not just your legs. Core, arms, shoulders etc. Super fun environments and great people.

Power Ryde is exceptional! Not only do they make you feel special, the classes are easy to follow, energetic and you burn lots of calories while having fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I LOVE Power Ryde! It has become an addiction! The instructors are friendly and push you, but also are supportive and encourage you to make it "your" workout. Do your best, try your hardest, but there's no need to try to keep up with the professional cyclist in the room! It's a great workout and I recommend giving it a try!

I have been going to Power Ryde for quite a few years now! Meg and Casey are so great. They are so welcoming and fun, and also so supportive of other small businesses like my own! The instructors are great and challenge me differently with every class! It’s always a great workout.

What an amazing place with so many amazing people! Power Ryde is one of my favorite ways to keep in shape while having a really good time doing it. The owners, Meg and Casey and all of the instructors make you feel like you're part of the family. Power Ryde takes spinning to a whole new place and the workout is incredible. Not only do your legs participate in the fun, but your core and arms get in on the action as well. Don't worry about trying it for the first time either. The instructors are super helpful and so are the other people in the class.

If you're up for a lot of sweating, a lot of fun and a lot of really great people, Power Ryde is a must!
