Been a member for about 10 years. 24/7 with key tag pass. Super clean. Versatile gym with everything you need from multiple machines, cardios, and free weights. Awesome gym community. Usually it’s busiest from 5-7pm (normal for gyms) but not crowded. Usually regulars.

Jeff is a knowledgeable and friendly manager who takes pride in this facility. I’ve known him since the beginning and he was always there to help me and other members achieve their fitness goals.

He has worked hard over the years to maintain a hospitable gym for all those seeking self improvement and that’s what I like about this gym. If you’re looking for a home town gym that has good atmosphere, friendly members, and a variety of equipment to get the job done. This is your new home.

I've been coming to this gym for over a decade now. Everyone in the gym is awesome. If you need a spot, someone will be happy to spot you at any time no matter who you are. It's the place for gains.

Phoenix fitness is a great gym and probably one of the best in the area. Jeff is a wonderful personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and is able to help you grow to the next level and meet your fitness goals if you’re willing to put in the work. I appreciate Jeff’s honesty and feel that I can trust the things he teaches me. The equipment is up to date and kept in great working order. The facility is clean and inviting. I have learned so much about diet, health and fitness since being a member here and that knowledge is irreplaceable to me! I highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter your fitness level.
