CRT Mechanicals

Update: they finally got back to me and completed the job. Did a great job. I just wish they’d have gotten back to be sooner.

Although the person who answers the phone is extremely nice, the person who came to take a look at my flooding issue and give me a quote just never got back to me. It has been two weeks. I was told I would have a quote at the beginning of last week and every time that I call to ask for a price on what he looked at, they take a message and I never get called back. Finally I just asked to be referred somewhere else since they don’t have the time to even give me a quote for what they came and looked at.

Called on a Sunday night about a water issue, returned my call by 830 the next morning and where out here by 2pm.
Wonderful, polite and efficient.

CRT was awesome! I called them and set an appointment and they called the day before to see if they could come out. They were friendly and cleaned up before they left. They didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Will definitely call them again! Thanks guys!

Our central air took a dive late on August 1st. I called lots of people and asked my friends on facebook who they used to service and/or work on their systems. Every single person I asked came back with ONE company. You guessed it. CRT. I see why. They came out that same day, assessed what needed done, and gave me an estimate. It took me the next day to secure the funds and schedule the installation. The guys came out on August 3rd and within 2 hours my new system was installed and cooling my home. These guys are really professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did it efficiently. They answered all my questions about the system and warranty, and explained other details I would have missed. I will always go to these people first for all my AC needs.
