Repaired my fathers furnace. I live out of state, and from the time I called they were at his residence within 15min. Zeke came out, ordered part, and was installed the next day before noon. Professional and prompt, great value, can’t say enough about this service. Thank you!

The company was one I used for my personal house for many years recommended by landlords. I never had bad experience with Dave rouche, he came recommended as of late by another City employee i used them to check a house from a unit we did not install, the tech that came out was judgmental and made assumptions. He then took pictures and and did post on public sites includeding one of are facebook pages were my company posts! this was very disapppinting because we know alot of people through out the city. And since then some of the people who are on are facebook account saw how a certain employee has assumed and tarnished are reputation they were unhappy we compell you if you did a review for what you feel to by defending, this employee did finally come and personally apoligize for this incident and we have reach out to all who we can to help but if you see this post although we appreciate you sticking up for our company we ask if you have a bad reveiw that is not real please remove. For it is unprofessional to are tradesman.

Seth was our technician. When he visited, he was very thorough and personable. Our parts came a few days later and he stopped by a few times to attempt to install them knowing our work schedules were always on call. He made sure we had heat before the cold hit. Absolutely awesome service!

Love this company and all of their staff! All of them are amazing, and Seth is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is up and running properly. I will absolutely always call them for any furnace/air needs. They are always prompt, professional and are very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. Every time I call they are always there to help and are very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
