I am a senior citizen, almost 70 years on this planet, becoming so overwhelmed with the condition of our country, I truly feel that I cannot trust anyone, anywhere, unless I have a history with them … needless to say, I have waited way too long to acquire supplemental health insurance … from Joe Namath, William Shatner, & all the other, “familiar,” faces, we older people recognize as someone we can trust … NOT!!!!! …. just this January, 2023, I called Medicare, myself, because I am proud to say, I still have my mind in tact, & cannot even begin to tell you, how infuriated I become when someone treats me like an imbecile … after two hours on the phone, with a very thorough, professional Medicare rep, I signed up for what I still consider one of the best supplemental policies ever … UNTIL IT WASN’T … my coverage began January 1, 2023 … on January 9, 2023, I received a letter stating I am no longer eligible for this policy, & will no longer be covered after April 30, 2023 … I was feeling betrayed, very angry, & my worst thoughts, omg, I really am a stupid old woman … I actually sobbed, & felt very, very alone, not even wanting to share my ignorance, with my family or friends, I was ashamed of myself & my clearly bad choice … suddenly, as I was sharing these changes with my stellar pharmacist, simply to alert her of the termination letter I received, she calmly asked me if I had ever heard of
Diersing Health Consultants … she gave me the number, & told me to speak with Dominique … wow wow wow, & did I mention wow … well, Miss Dominique, had me at Good Morning, Bonnie, as the smile in her voice came through shining … for the last month or so, I have basked in the knowledge, respect, & enormous professionalism of Dominique Diersing … I mean hours on Zoom meetings, explaining, slowly, patiently, showing me details on plans from all of the endless companies, out there, stopping & answering every question, concern, or confusion I had … quite honestly, after our conversation, I felt that Dominique was as trustworthy, as the people in my life, that I know very well … after continuing our search, Dominique, after personally reaching out, herself, to companies we were looking at, to answer not only my hundreds of questions, but questions, she herself, did not know, as well … she a true professional, when asked a pertinent question, instead of trying to answer, out of her expertise, she candidly says, “you know, that’s a great question, I will call them, & find out …” Dominque did just that, so many times, & then would spend another bunch of hours, filling me in on their responses, & further educating us both, until we finally found the best plan for me … I COULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS ON MY OWN … I SO ENCOURAGE ANYBODY STRUGGLING WITH ANY HEALTH INSURANCE ISSUE TO CONTACT DOMINIQUE… oh. & the last comment she made to me, other than the pleasantries you’d expect, was simply, “please still feel free to call me at any time … I am here for you, to discuss any confusion, changes or policy issues you may EVER have … oh btw, her fee for all of those consulting phone hours, & weeks, she spent with me, (sidebar: this woman actually has a life, a family whom she is beautifully devoted to) was ZERO … yes, nothing for EVERYTHING … God bless you Dominique, I just can’t wait to become ill, & get to use my new plan …;) seriously, you are a godsend, & have made a huge, positive difference in my life … I am so very grateful to you, Dominque …

I wish selecting Medicare plans was not as complicated as it is. As a pharmacist, we are not taught this is school. Dominique is well trained and has provided significant and valuable support to our 65+ population in helping them understand their options when it comes to healthcare plans. This is at no cost to them. As a pharmacist and a very caring mom, it is no doubt that everyone whom we refer to her is so thankful as she does a phenomenal job!

Dominique met with me two times. She answered all my questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable while sharing my medical coverage and comparisons to other companies. I have recommended Dominique to my friends as a very helpful source to help them understand our complex medical insurances and their options. I felt ignorant after hearing all the TV insurance ads, but after meeting with Dominique, I felt well informed. She helped put my mind at ease.
