Dyer Renovations has done several jobs for us over the years. First, with a new roof, gutters and siding and then with repairing the damage done by a tree that fell on our house. Both times, we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. Todd handled everything with our insurance company, stayed in contact with us, completed the work in a timely manner and his crews did an outstanding job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Todd again for our next project.

I highly recommend Todd Dyer and would give 6 stars if I could! He is a dedicated and a caring person who cares about your individual renovation needs. He goes above and beyond, giving the highest quality of workmanship, working with you to give you the lowest possible price. We will definitely call him for any future renovation needs!

Todd is one of the most professional individuals I have met. His upbeat energy and attitude sure will make you feel comfortable having his help. He goes above and beyond to get a job done correctly everyday. He has great communication when coordinating your projects and is so clear in his explanations it will easily make you understand and excited to be a part of the process. 5 stars isn’t enough for this man.

Todd is the real deal. If you are looking for someone to get the job done the right way, look no more. We were in the process of purchasing a house that needed some work and Todd gave us an estimate and assured us that he can fix all the issues so we bought the house and he got to work on it right away. He did a lot of work including replacing load bearing beams, multiple structural changes to the house, and extensive wiring and plumbing. I was able to work with him myself on some of the fixes and he is so kind and willing to teach me a lot of tricks. I have never seen anyone goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done right regardless if it costs him more money, that’s just who he is. As an added bonus his dog, Trixie, and I became good friends and she got to hangout with me while Todd was working on the house. This is not a solicited review and I don’t usually write them but this one is easy. Todd is the guy you want on your side if you need work done and want to have a true peace of mind. I would 100% hire him in the future if I need to have things fixed and recommend him to anyone I care about.

Dyer renovations provided knowledgable advise and worked with me to understand what was required. The were honest, on time, and took great care in getting the work done. Todd is very versatile with the work he can do and we will have them back for our next project.
