Entrust Roofing

With all the wind storms we had earlier this year, we had a good amount of damage done to the roof of our second home in Indiana. After calling a few companies and none of them wanting to travel the 1 hour and 10 min drive to give us an estimate, a co-worker said to call Entrust. I did and it was the best decision ever. Oscar didn't hesitate to make the drive over. I can't tell you how helpful Oscar was, he not only met me in Indiana, but he also went up on the roof when it was pouring down rain. The next day I had an estimate in my email which I felt was pretty impressive . We did file a claim with our insurance company and Oscar insisted on being there when the adjuster came out to do the roof inspection. So, once again he drove the 1 hour and 10 minutes to meet up with the adjuster. The adjuster was there about 15 minutes early, which Oscar just called and said he was about 10 minutes away. The adjuster went up on the roof, spent about 5 minutes up there and came down off of his ladder and was saying there wasn't enough damage for a wind claim! (Bunches of shingles missing and flipped back on roof) That's when Oscar pulled in and immediately jumped out and asked the adjuster to go back up on the roof with him. They spent about 10-15 minutes up there and they both came down, Oscar had another appointment to go to and left, before he did leave, he said you should be good, Oscar was right, the adjuster said they would cover the entire roof!! So, he went from not covering anything with just me there, to covering the entire roof, plus covered pressuring washing one of the sheds that was on our property.
Oscar, was very professional, explained everything in detail to my wife and I to make sure we understood the process, and completed the project well before we even thought they would get started. His crew was also very professional and cleaned up nicely after they finished.

Oscar at Entrust Roofing was great to work with! He's a local guy and he was easy to get in touch with and he answered all my questions. He's very knowledgeable. He worked with my insurance company to make sure we got what we needed and it made the process of filing a claim so much easier. His crew was courteous and did great work. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend.

The Entrust team was amazing in their work performance and professionalism. The effort made to protect neighboring property and clean up after a 4-layer tear off was impressive. I was impressed by the quality of workmanship, as well as the rapport the crew had with each other and their leader, Oscar. I was also impressed by their respect toward me, my home, and their attention to detail. I feel Oscar went above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth and convenient for me as he could. He did a wonderful job of balancing expectations and delivering results. Oscar also impressed me with his creative problem solving skills - considering multiple ways to accomplish what would be best for my house, instead of trying to force a formulaic solution to unique situations. I will continue to highly recommend this company and the peace of mind they've given me for years to come.

If I could rate Entrust 6 stars I would! They are amazing and the craftsmanship is stellar. My wife and I got a house that needed half of it with a new roof and the garage as well and now our house looks great! Thank you Oscar and everyone else at Entrust!
