I ordered several products. I give them 4 stores only because one of the products was not quite as described, but 5 stars for their cooperation in accepting the return and giving me full credit - along with an apology that the product was quite as expected. Very nice people who are carving out a unique niche which can be difficult, and aiming to please customers
