In today's world it can be hard to find a Dr. that will spend time with you and truly listen to your concerns. Dr. Emma Garcia listens, cares and treats you like a part of her family. I never feel rushed or like she is trying to get me out of there to see the next patient. She is one of the most compassionate Dr's that I have ever met. I will go to the Doctor worried and walk out feeling good that she is addressing my issues. Every time that I leave I feel like I have just seen a great friend that just happens to be my Dr too. Never been more blessed to have found this rare gem in Springboro!
I've been seeing Dr. Garcia for almost 2 years now for different ailments. For me, she has correctly diagnosed sinus infections, rashes, fevers, and etc......
The only reason I have 4/5 stars is because whenever I go I'm always late seeing the doctor. For example. I arrive early, get called to a back room usually 5 minutes after my appointment started, and wait in a back room for at least 15 minutes. This has happened the last 3 times I've been there.
Despite the waiting time issue, I would recommend Dr. Garcia not only for her skill and knowledge, but also for the fact she is a nice, concerned doctor that will get you fixed up.
