Had a broken shower pipe and they arrived out that night, no extra emergency charge. They did have to come out again the next morning since the fix was more extensive than we thought, but also no extra charge for the second trip either. Craig Smith was our tech, he was professional, and knowledgeable. He had to cut into a wall but got the project done and gave me a fair price. I’ll be requesting Craig again for future work.

I must say that May has top notch technicians. I met three of them over the last two days. All were knowledgeable and professional. This is an terrifc company, with excellent people (shout out to the great dispatchers who took such great care of me. Great experience!
