I had a custom home built about 1.5 years ago and Pierce did all the plumbing in the house. We started exploring having the basement finished and noticed the gas line installed during construction was put in at an odd place. It was fully functional where it had been put, just not in the best spot for maximizing the high ceilings the basement was designed to have when finished. I reached out to Pierce to get a quote to have the gas line moved closer to the main beam where the rest of the utilities had been installed, fully expecting to pay for the service. Boy was I surprised when John and Anita wrote me back and said they were surprised one of their guys had put the gas line where it was when the house was built and that they would move it for no charge. The crew arrived on time, was super polite, efficient, and clean. They wore their masks inside the house and made sure I was satisfied with the work. True gentleman and extremely customer focused. I will definitely use Pierce for my future plumbing needs and also recommend them to friends and family. I am grateful for the kind gesture and great service to move the gas line for me. Thank you again!
