The team at this location is friendly and fast. I had my tire patched a couple months back. I came back yesterday with low tire pressure expecting to replace the tire that was initially patched. The team evaluated and located a second leak and patched that instead of replacing the tire. I appreciate Grismer for their honest and quality service. I will return for future repairs.

Good work! In and out of the shop as promised, which is important to me as I need reliable transportation for picking up kids after school. Josh in Vandalia did a terrific job.

I called on a Saturday about 8:30am and they were able to get me an appointment at 1pm. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to use my Grismer coupon and got $15 off by using my Grismer card. Staff was friendly and place was kept nice. I’ll be back.
