She was sweet, kind, and listened to all of our requests. She truly brought my vision to life and arranged a bouquet even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The flowers were pretty but I had wanted to say thank you in a bigger, bolder way. When I conveyed my disappointment to Carolene at House of Flowers, they sent a replacement.
