The person installing it contacted us and asked if there were any questions and set up a date to install. We were kept up to date on the installation date and the crew arrived on time and got to work. All representatives of JDM were extremely helpful and efficient. I would absolutely recommend anyone use this company.

They have a beautiful showroom & samples of all the different things they sell.
Hadassa was so great helping me the design I wanted & she is so knowledgeable about their products.
She assisted me with who to call for the “prep site” as well.
My shed needed to be assembled “on site” and the crew was amazing from start to finish… They just came yesterday, so, I can’t wait to landscape around it.
I can’t recommend them enough. -

She was friendly and pleasant, upfront and honest about prices and time frames and very customer service focused. Communication and delivery were a breeze, with the delivery guys showing up right on time and getting everything set up to our standards, and even recommending which way to face the playset for maximum enjoyment and visibility from our deck. The playset itself is well constructed and high quality fasteners were used throughout. Hadassah followed up a couple weeks after to make sure our experience was good and expectations were met. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Installation was quick & all the employees from when we began looking to the final installation have been knowledgeable & professional. Thank you for a great product!
