Home Depot actually has employees on the floor to assist customers. When they walk by you, they will acknowledge you. And customer service for returns is painless!!!

We lost power... Looked all over for a generator. Only place around that had what we wanted/needed. Called to make sure the generator was in stock, the assistant walked over to area with me on the phone to confirm item. Very nice! We get to the store to pick up generator ( 2 hour drive) and I asked about a $50 price difference I came across. Manager said "no problem".
Pay, go outside to put in my pickup and a sales associate was there willing to help load this 216 lb. generator. Thank you!!

Walked in and found an employee to help us, and he took us directly to the paint we needed. We double-checked with our phone picture,and he was super sweet and agreed it was the right item.
We checked out the selection of Christmas decorations for indoor and outdoor. Huge selection and decent prices,competitive with other stores.
The cashier was super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us with our military discount purchase and told us about upcoming kids' events for crafting for the holidays. She gave us a flier with dates and projects and all the information.
The only concern we had was not about the staff.
There was a black lab in the parking lot when we arrived over by the delivery vehicles, and it was howling and distressed,it was tied up. The manager did go to check on the dog. I'm not sure if the owner was shopping or if it was lost.
We will shop here again. The store was clean and well organized.

Excellent customer service at this location. Stephanie in lumber was so helpful. Not only is she cute as a button, she went out of her way to help me load sheetrock on to my cart and find other items that I needed. Everyone there today had a positive disposition.
