Great people, knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. Adequately stocked. Always a pleasure to shop at Kell’s - so different from the sterile, impersonal Big Box store environment.

This is a hardware store not a big box store there is someone available at the door to greet you almost every single time you walk in immediately ask you how your day is and if they can help you find what you're looking for, Walk you to that area of the store help you make a selection and add any information or advice they may have about your situation and offer to help in any way possible The people that run own and work at Kell hardware are absolutely wonderful people that care about what they do and care about their customers like their family... They don't have everything but if they don't have it the recommend the best place to get it. If you've never stopped in you should check them out it's a cool old building it's been around for a very long time Wood floors very nostalgic and truly a great selection.

I will for now on drive out of my way to get what I need from Kell’s. Throughly impressed with their selection of products.

I needed wall brackets to hang shelves. The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic! He helped me determine the size, then he cut them to size! He then assisted me with anchors and dry wall screws. I'm an independent lady, and do most of my handiwork. This gentleman was very helpful and polite!
