Live Fierce CrossFit

After recently moving to the area I was so happy to find a fitness family right here in Milford. I cannot recommend Live Fierce CrossFit enough! The coaches are kind and knowledgeable. They are great at scaling each workout as needed. The group is welcoming and do a great job at helping each other. So thankful to have found this gem!

I LOVE Live Fierce! It has been such a welcoming community and the camaraderie makes working out so fun. The coaches are great and truly want to see you succeed. I’m so thrilled with my progress in the gym. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else!

I joined Live Fierce a little over 6 months ago and it was the best decision ever! I was immediately welcomed with open arms by not only the coaches, but the other members at the gym. There is no judgment here and all workouts are scaled to fit each individual. Come ready to find your best self and meet great friends in the process!

I've been to my fair share of gyms and can't emphasize enough how great Live Fierce is! The owners and coaches make it a point to individualize all workouts to ensure everyone can be successful. I had a baby 4 months ago and the coaches greatly helped me to modify and adjust workouts as I progressed throughout my pregnancy. Because of them, I was able to stay both active and safe up to my due date! I've also really enjoyed the community aspect of the gym and have gotten to know some great people as a result.

I strongly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to improve their health/fitness and meet a wonderful group of people in the process!

I am a beginner to CrossFit and I was initially very nervous to join but I LOVE it at Live Fierce. I recently joined in January and I couldn't be happier working out with the "team".

The coaches are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and they take the time to teach all fitness levels. They have an excellent space, great equipment, and truly are focused on our safety, success, and overall fitness. They have established a "great community" with all the members and ensure the comfort of all.

I highly recommend Live Fierce to anyone looking to achieve fitness goals or looking for a fun and supportive gym.

I have been to many different churches and congregations over my life but this one is easily the best. The first day I walked in as a stranger I was immediately greeted and fellowshipped. My family already has made friends there and the God’s spirit can be felt every time I go inside. The people are so friendly and I learn so much! I’d recommend this church to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a church that focuses on the family and your personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit has taught me so much about life and comforted me at hard times here. Everyone volunteers their time here. From cleaning to the Bishop, they are all unpaid volunteers, trying to bring his spirit closer mankind through kindness and service to their fellowmen.

There is pretty much a worship time just for you on Sunday. Come visit and find out why God has called a prophet to communicate His will to all of His people.

We have been attending church here for 11 years. It has been a very positive experience. We have always felt welcome and have felt the spirit of Christ here. We have made so many wonderful friends who are a strength to us and our family. We recommend this church to everyone! There are three congregations that meet each Sunday at 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Come and visit, and then come join and stay!
