The owner and I spoke and he reconciled the issue. This type of reconciliation shows that he does care about his customers.
2021 had them install a new hot water tank. April 2023 1 and 1/2 years later it stopped working. My hot water tank stopped working on a Thursday, called them and they couldn’t come out until the following Tuesday (not a big deal). After 12 days of them not fixing the problem, they stopped answering my phone calls, on day 10, I had to start looking for a new company in Gallia County.
I do not recommend this company to anyone! -

(January 8, 2023, 10:51 am)He showed up quickly after us calling when our gas furnace quit working over night then had it fixed within 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, professional and really nice guy. We will definitely be using him for all future needs, highly recommend

(December 20, 2022, 6:05 pm)The service provided was AMAZING! I am a single mom and of course a few days before Christmas my furnace would break. I struggled all day attempting to find someone who could repair my furnace. Mac Heating and Cooling returned my call within 30 minutes AND was at my home within 20 minutes. I was stressed about the cost as I know it was a last minute/emergency situation. My furnace was fixed within the hour and was beyond affordable. I will be using this company for future services.

I Definitely recommend them and will get ahold of them next time I need someone to look at my heating and cooling system.
