Usually, oil changes are good at most places. This one at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers was outstanding!

I didn't have an appointment and they closed at 6:30. I called at 4:30. The guy said,"...We only have 2 technicians, we already have 2 cars in the bay, and we have another one scheduled after them. I could easily get you in tomorrow, but I'm not sure about today..."

I said no problem. I said, "If it's OK, I could just wait in the waiting room and see if somebody gets done early or if they have a no show. He replied, "Well, where are you at?" I told him. He said, "If you get here right away, I can probably squeeze you in." I said I can literally be there in 3 minutes - and I was.

Walk in the door, and the guys recognize me. The technician comes over and says hey. Gives me a fist bump. Asks me how my car is doing and asks me how my kids are doing. The guy at the counter recognized my work shirt, tells me he's been a long-time fan. Small talk for just a couple of minutes. Extremely pleasant, very jovial, lots of smiles, a little bit of laughter.

They get my car right in. We talk a little bit more while I'm waiting. About 10 or 15 minutes later, the technician comes back and says, "You're all done, buddy! I left the last gallon and a 1/2 of oil in the container, on the floor of your passenger front (I had purchased my own oil and filter and brought them in with me)". They discount the service to reflect the products that I brought in. I put my credit card in the slot to pay. The guy tries 3 times and tells me that they apparently are having difficulties. I told him no problem, I have my checkbook in my car. He says, "No. Don't worry about it, man! This one's on me. "

The oil change was outstanding before the freebie, that was icing on top of the cake. Friendly people, quick service, they went out of their way to help me out, they did an outstanding job! They were also very conscientious with my belongings, saving the remaining oil for me. I mean, literally, it was a fun experience!

So highly recommend them! You will not be upset if you give them a try!

I came in with very stripped lugnuts on my car and they were able to get the majority off (16/20 lugnuts), which is more than I can say for anyone before them. They did an awesome job and the people are all very friendly and helpful.

They took great care of my cat Smokey. I 100% refer them to anyone I talk to. They're great!

Took my car for oil change. They were all nice and got my car done fast. You have to make appointment to get your car service there. The place is nice and the service good

Dr Jackie and her staff took care of my puppy. Awesome Vet Clinic and prices are reasonable.

Great people, they don’t charge you and arm and a leg. They will cut my dogs nails, even when I forget to ask them to lol The best part is, I can sit in the waiting room and chat with other people while they take care of my dog.

Amazing staff and the Doctor there is absolutely fantastic. Comforting when the sad times happen and had to be put to sleep. Amazing when my cats leg was almost lost buy she fixed and saved it. They truly do care about animals.

Hands down an amazing Vet and staff!! We had an emergency on a day the doctor was out for the Holidays and she drove in just to take care, and do surgery, on our fur baby! The experience the night before, at an emergency clinic, was horrible and they were able to ease our minds and save our puppy's life...all with compassion! I will never go anywhere else and thankful, beyond words, for the entire staff!! I would definitely recommend anyone to let them care for your pet!! Beyond blessed to have them take care of our puppy!!
