A lady wearing black outfit working there was so kind and understanding to me during my loss. She was so helpful and kind and caring. As well as the on duty vet. This was Sunday night at 130 am on Jan. 23, 2023 bless you for what you did for me and especially Lena my cat. I lost her and am hurting so much. It was quick and painless for her but I am so broken.

Took cat in on Friday night. I knew going in it was bad. She had a stroke and their was nothing to be done. Very kind when I had to put her down and made it easy as possible.
Then that night my college child, who got home after the cat was gone went in to say goodbye to her beloved cat. Staff was amazing. They let her in and brought the cat's body for her to say her goodbyes. For an hour they sat with her helping her understand what had happened and comforting her. That was above and beyond the expected service. I greatly appreciate how they ended my cat's suffering, but I'm overwhelmed with how they handled my daughter's pain. Highly recommend.

Everyone here was very sweet and kept us informed. On one of the worst nights of our life,(we can’t remember his name) the main veterinarian was the most professional and compassionate person we could have hoped to take our baby to. Very highly recommend from price, hours, and compassion. If you have a choice between them and Fort Wayne, them without a doubt.

After having to unexpectedly put my best friend of 16 years down last night, there’s is no other emergency vet I would have wanted to go through this with. They were very sincere and caring through the whole process, giving us all the time we needed with our best friend and making sure she was completely comfortable in her passing. I was nervous bringing her in as this was my first time going through this and I left at ease knowing she was in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend this to others when that time unfortunately gets here.
