I had an amazing experience at the Fairborn location, my favorite part was the excellent customer service Adayja offered!! She made me feel like i was part of the Verizon family with the amazing deals and discounts she was able to provide me, i will definitely be referring everyone to this location. Made getting a new phone such a hassle free experience.

Although I did not buy anything, your employee Adayja was extremely helpful and very kind with helping me try to figure out my problem. She did above and beyond for me and you could clearly tell she cared about helping out the customer, this is someone who anyone in retail should model themselves after. I will definitely be back soon to purchase my new phone as long as Adayja is there!

Adayja was very understanding and helpful. She answered every question I had and if she didn’t know she made sure to find me an answer. She was so helpful with all of my issues and made sure I didn’t leave without any problems!

Adayja provided high quality customer service that you typically don't see within the retail world. She was able to identify what I needed, explained the current promotions you all had going on, and did it in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend visiting this store for the outstanding customer service.

I didn’t make a purchase, however Adayja almost made me convert from my current provider. She almost had a hook, line, and sinker. She explained the trade in process, the current iPhone deals, service coverage. It was just that I wasn’t ready for the switch financially. But she’s good at talking.
