Mighty Auto Pro

First time here, Monday, for an oil change. Very clean and well stocked waiting room. Skylar, was great! Little gnome left on my passenger seat made my day!! Had some repairs done Wednesday, kept in touch with me. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Feels like I'm driving a new Jeep!

Took my 2010 Dodge Avenger in for oil change, tire rotation and few other items that needed fixed. The online scheduling is easy. Once again I was able to utilize one of their loaner vehicles. Josh once again explains what needs done and I give the okay. This shop has been my go to shop for quite sometime. I appreciate them! I love having a locally owned shop to help me keep my vehicles running!

Mighty Auto Pro has been so great to us for about 3 years. We’ve used them for routine inspections, oil changes, strut/shock repair etc and they have done a wonderful job every time. They are always so kind, and offer rides to and from the shop while the car is in their lot. Customer service is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I live in Berea and I drive to Medina to Might Auto Pro for all my vehicle maintenance and repair needs. I LOVE THEM!!! Their service is stellar, their waiting area has refreshments, beverages, snacks and cable TV. They have a charger for your phone if you need it. They cater to my dog and give him gourmet dog treats. Their diagnostics is very thorough and they will tell you what your vehicle needs... but no heavy sales pitch... up to you. And most important... the repairs are done right, on time, at the price quoted. They offer shuttle service and maybe even a loaner in a pinch if really needed. I recently used Mighty Auto Pro twice within the last 2 months. The first time I was blown away by how quickly they got me in, how responsive they were, the technology they use to update you, ability to pay through text, free shuttle service, late drop off and pick-up (yes you can get your car after they are closed) as well as the amazing customer service.

My second visit was just the same. They also found another issue, but were kind in their explanation and helped address it as well. Their pricing is very fair and for the care and experience you get it is worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone and will only be using them in the future.
