This is not the same from what was at this location before, It’s better. The interior is completely updated with new tables and booths. The seating layout is different was well. The food was good . . The queso dip was very good and it was a lot. Very nice to see this area get a quality spot for Mexican food. Huevos con chorizo is not listed on the menu but it easily made upon request and it was delicious.

Walked in. Was told we had a 20 minute wait. We had plenty of space to sit for the wait time. About ten minutes in, we were seated. Chips and salsa were brought over. It did take a bit of time for the waitress to take our drink orders after that. We've been to plenty of Mexican restaurants and I have seen quicker times than that but it is what it is. The drinks came out like 30 seconds after we told her what we wanted.
Then another while later our food orders were taken. They did get one thing wrong with mine but it was fixed right away and with no problems. Food was good enough but I just wish they would have separated my tacos from the other foods. It made the shells very soggy and almost impossible to eat without looking like an animal. Especially when you only have one napkin and the waitress doesn't come around often. We ate our food and we paid then that was it. So all in all. It was pretty much ok. BTW It's kind of a small place so you're kinda packed in.

This place has undergone a complete revamp and remodel, from floor to ceiling and everything in between, the interior is entirely new and fresh. It is bright and airy, if somewhat sterile. It really didn't say "Mexican restaurant" to me, but it *did* say, "we're doing more than just slapping a fresh coat of paint on everything and putting up a new sign." In my book, that's very promising!

We were quickly placed in a booth, and served the standard chips and salsa. Our drinks also arrived quickly. The salsa was very tasty, with fresh onion and cilantro. The chips weren't warm, but I suspect they would have been if we'd been there during dinner rush.

I ordered the steak fajita salad, and my friend ordered the three enchilada platter. My fajita salad had nice proportions. The lettuce was chopped, not torn, and in nice proportion to the fajita topping, which was wonderfully hot. The steak was tender, well-seasoned, and had that delicious grill kiss. The entire thing was sprinkled lightly with mild, firm cheese. I was very happy!

My friend reported that their enchiladas were also quite good. The sauce was rich, and not too spicy. The fillings were all well-seasoned, and plentiful. Crema, avocado, and fresh tomato slices were on a small bed of fresh chopped lettuce on one side of the plate for a small salad. On the other side of the plate lurked the standard pink-orange rice. They took one bite and stopped there.

Here's a tip. Cooking the rice in tomato bouillon, and finishing it with a 1/4 cup of fresh diced tomatoes, a squirt of lime juice, and a dusting of chili powder might mean that less would be returned to garbage cans. It *can* be made into a feature. I'd *love* to see this happen, somewhere. 🫤

First visit to this newly opened Mexican restaurant in Bucyrus, OH. Based on my recollection of the previous restaurant and owners that closed 2 years ago or more, the inside decor has a more modern vibe, open space, and has a clean looking bar with televisions.

I went after the lunch crowd and had fairly prompt service and reasonable wait time. While I love the fact that the chips were fresh and salsa had a good amount of cilantro, for me, it lacked the bite of that typical jalapeño kick. I recommend the queso which is a generously served bowl for the price. The next visit I will be sure to try the guacamole which is the true measure of a successful Tex-mex place.

My lunch plate of arroz con pollo was a good portion and reasonably priced, and I added the fajita vegetables. My waiter (Pedro A, according to my receipt) was friendly enough but, as I was dining solo, didn’t appear to mingle as much as with other tables with multiple patrons. No biggie as he was still attentive.

Overall a nice place and it’s a welcome return to another restaurant option in the Crawford County seat. I’ll be back with another review.

This place was amazing, I've never had Mexican food this good! The place is so nice and clean, the salsa I could tell was homemade and it was so so good I just couldn't stop eating it. It did take awhile for our food to come out but they were extremely busy so that's to be expected. The place is busy because of how good it is. But the waiters and waitresses made sure we had plenty of drinks, chips and salsa while we waited. Staff was very friendly and I had a great time with my family. I had a beef taco, burrito and enchilada with a side of rice and beans. Best taco I ever had, and it didn't fall apart as I was eating it, burrito and enchilada was delicious as well. The rice was cooked perfectly and the beans were great for dipping everything into. Overall, I definitely recommend this place, probably my new favorite restaurant in this town.
