(June 26, 2023, 7:00 am)I was in somewhat of a bind, needing new projectors for my church auditorium in a relatively short amount of time. I ordered a set of epson l730u, which unfortunately were out of stock at that time. I received a call from a gentleman at Protech early the next morning letting me know. He advised me that the options for my situation were to either (a) wait a week or so for the white framed model to return to stock, or (b) switch to the black framed option and get it immediately. I chose option b and Protech shipped them to me in less than 48 hours. The projectors came in and setup was quick and painless. The quality is very good. I had tried to order from several other places prior to finding Protech. But I’m glad those other places fell through because Protech exceeded expectations. We will definitely return to them in the future if we have AV needs. A++

(February 17, 2023, 1:49 pm)This is the second projector we purchased from Protech. Rod has been very helpful with both projectors in choosing the right projector for our application. He goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our video needs.
