There was a slight delay in production, which meant that the item would not get to me before I left to travel to the funeral. I reached out to the company and they were very accommodating and arranged to have the item shipped directly to the recipient. It arrived to her on the same day as the funeral and she absolutely loved it. I appreciate the great customer service I received and would recommend this company to anyone.

The wind-chimes are high-quality and always, always have been very well received and appreciated. This company does a fantastic job and their customer support is fantastic.
