Brian is great! Like the new video reviews of service! Got me in when I asked, got a GREAT loaner, done fast and my Porsche looked great!

Brian is simply amazing! I am so happy and grateful that he is my service representative. From Day #1 Brian has shown professionalism and courtesy no matter how busy he is. His attention to detail and his desire to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that I truly matter is something that is so lacking in our society as a whole; the service profession in particular.
Brian is without any shadow of doubt the best service representative that I have dealt with - and this statement comes from someone who has driven luxury cars for the past 20 years.

I did not purchase my 2022 Porsche from White Allen because when I went there in September 2022 I was told that there were no Macans available for purchase or test drive. I was handed a business card and told to come back later. The gentleman was courteous, yet I left with the strong impression that for whatever reason the desire to do business with me was definitely low priority.
I left White Allen of Dayton and the next weekend drove to the Porsche dealership in Dublin/Columbus. I was greeted warmly and given courteous attention by several sales representatives, including the manager.
I test drove cars.
Then I was given the opportunity to sit down and create the Porsche that I desired - to personally select everything that I wanted on or in my Porsche Macan and it would be made to my exact specifications and shipped to the Porsche dealership in 3-4 months. I was not even told that this was something that could be done when I visited White Allen Porsche.
I bought a brand new 2022 Porsche Macan that day from Dublin Porsche.

From first phone call to last signature this dealership does it PERFECTLY! I was asked/offered amenities by at least 1/2 dozen people wanting to make me comfortable while I was there and waited to complete my purchase(including the General Manager). It’s great to see managers that don’t just sit in their offices and are apart of the experience. If you want top notch help with your car selection just ask for Bryan Frantz and he will go the extra mile. I was not pressured once and everyone made sure I was making the best decision for myself. When I made my selection I was also offered time with a specialist(his only job was to know everything about the cars) to teach me the car and its features. Well done! Don’t change a thing!
