Steve was AWESOME! Very professional and courteous. I contacted him on a Thursday and he had my laptop fixed after only 3 days! And that's only because he had to order a couple things. He kept me informed at every step regarding what he needed to do to fix the issue. My laptop is now running faster than it was when it was new! My son built his first PC a couple of years ago and started having some trouble with it recently. After trying to diagnose it himself and taking it apart and putting it back together multiple times we decided to take it to Steve to see if he could find the problem. Not only did he find the problem and repair it to a state that was better than its original condition but he also gave my son a lot of very helpful information for doing things that will help the PC to function at its best. I was very appreciative of the fix and the information. I have a trusted mechanic I call every time I have an issue with my vehicle. My daughters computer had a power issue. The charger was broke so I ordered an off brand charger from local store. That didn't fix the problem. Not ready to throw in the towel and feeling that there was still quite a bit of value left in the computer I took a chance on Steve based on his reviews. He was honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. The computer is repaired and working better than ever. I'm sure it would have cost much more somewhere else. I also did not have to spend several hundreds if not more on a new one.
