barre3 New Albany

I was told by my Dr that I needed to exercise more - I’ve never been a person who enjoys exercise or sticks with it very long. It’s always been hard to stay motivated and also to exercise without hurting myself. So I stumbled upon Barre 3 in New Albany and gave it a try. After a week of trial classes, I signed up for a membership and I LOVE it! I anticipated that I would only go 3 times a week but I now go about 5 times a week and I miss it on the days I don’t go. Every instructor is encouraging and motivating! They always provide a modification for each posture and give constant feedback about how your body is supposed to feel. The people at the front desk are so kind and welcoming as well. If you’re on the fence - give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

The staff and instructors at barre3 New Albany are the best! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the studio has a great energy. I love that the workout is challenging but low-impact, and the instructors offer plenty of effective modifications without any judgment for working at your own pace. I always leave the studio feeling stronger and more energized. Another huge plus is that childcare is included with your membership. It is so convenient to be able to take my little one with me and she always has so much fun in the play lounge. I highly recommend barre3 New Albany!

It usually takes a lot of convincing to get me to go workout. Not with Barre3 New Albany! I honestly look forward to going to every class (even the 6am class, and I am NOT a morning person haha).

I love how the instructors make each class approachable while also being challenging. Every skill level will get a great workout! I was able to keep going to Barre3 even with a wrist injury; the instructors are great with showing you how to modify each workout to fit your current needs.

The classes are full of great positive energy, fun music, and multiple workouts to make sure you work your whole body. The community here is so positive, friendly, and welcoming.

Definitely my favorite part of my day! The childcare, and fully stocked restroom is a great bonus 😉.

I love Barre 3 New Albany! All of the instructors are so nice. It is a very challenging class, but they are so welcoming of modifications. They are so encouraging. It is the first place I've experienced that is so nonjudgmental. I cannot say enough great things about all the staff at Barre3. I've seen so much improvement in my sleep quality, mood, balance, and strength. I have so much more stamina to chase my two toddlers around.

Everyone here is so welcoming! The studio is bright, beautiful and clean, which I appreciate! I love how inclusive it is. No judgements for listening to your body and doing what feels right in the moment. I really like how they include modified versions of the moves. It’s a challenging workout but it flies by because it’s so much fun with upbeat music and friendly instructors. One of my favorite parts is that these classes include a cool down stretch that ends in shavasana. I highly recommend!
