    Fit One Four is an amazing gym with friendly people. 24/7 access, clean and has everything you need for a great workout.

    I’ve been training with Dez for about 5 months now. The progress I’ve seen with her is truly impressive. She cares about the well-being of her clients. Not only providing great workouts, but also nutrition advice as well. She pushes you to be the strongest, healthiest version of yourself! She’s also very kind!

    Best gym I have been to. The members are respectful of equipment and it feels like a tight knit community. I highly recommend over other gyms in the area.

    I’ve been working out at Fit One Four for years. In the past few months, I started working out with my trainer, Dez. In the short time I have been with her, I feel like I’m getting my pre-baby body back finally! Dez is very knowledgeable and truly wants to see her clients meet their goals. If you’re looking for a trainer who will keep you motivated, she is your girl! :)

    So far, so good. It’s small and simple, which is exactly what I was looking for. This is more a “neighborhood” gym, for lack of a better term. There’s no locker room, and it’s not a franchise. The equipment is well maintained, and there isn’t an endless stream of meatheads hogging the equipment as is often the case at larger/cheaper gyms. Very satisfied.

    Super clean and well maintained gym, great culture/environment, and the ownership is great. Smaller gym but has everything you need and quality equipment (Rogue, LifeFitness, etc). Affordable and 24/7 access. Highly recommend.
