Ready to upgrade to an iPhone 14 Pro. This was our second Verizon store because the phone is sold out in most places. There was an iPhone in stock. The guy who helped us was excellent and personable making sure we got discounts, for accessories, etc.

We had excellent customer service recently at this store. Reps had great phone options for husband and myself. Our data was transferred before we left the store. I highly recommend this Verizon location. Very nice staff.

I recently switched from TMobile to Verizon. The 3 of us on our family plan all got to get iPhone 14s basically for free, and our bill is going to $100 less a month. Both Lauren and Dylan that I worked with were so knowledgable, helpful, and patient. They know their stuff! I haven't worked with Verizon long enough to rate their company as a whole, but the help and the customer service in the store is awesome.

Just used Cap City 2 times this month...bought a slightly used car via the easiest and quickest process ever in 35 years of car buying! And had headlights on a 2013 Honda restored to new condition. Highly recommend Bobby and his team for sales and service.

Purchased a mini cooper. Jason in sales is awesome he is a very good down to earth salesperson. Bob in finance was very informative in explaining the payment options.

1 + year rating. We purchased a Eurovan over a year ago and from our first conversation, Josh has been great and super easy to talk with. I have brought my van in multiple times for service work and for various upgrades including shift extension, halogen front lights, satellite radio, and new wheels. Andrew the commander of the his NASCAR pit crew can do anything. My wife, who purchased the van was unable to drive the van because of her leg length and Andrew with welding torch in hand went to town modifying the seat solving the issue. These guys even went as far as picking me up and driving me to the shop in Plain City so I could pick up the van! Service is always top notch and well explained so you understand what kind of work will be done and pricing seems very fair, if not favorable. I would buy more vans if I had the money! I highly recommend Cap City Motorsports for sales and service!
