Every experience I have had with North Pointe has been nothing short of exceptional. They are dedicated to doing a job right the first time, and helping any way they can. If you're looking for a new shop to trust with your car I would pay them a visit.

Bought a Honda Element online from North Pointe Auto. The salesman, Jason, was wonderful. He was helpful without being pushy. When we drove out to pick up my car, our other car began to act up. Jason & the staff at North Pointe were also incredible about looking at my husband's car. They checked it out so we didn't end up with a car stranded between Ohio & Pittsburgh. The problem ended up being serious, so they kept the car for repairs. Regardless of the fact that North Pointe Auto is 3+ hours from our home, I would definitely be willing to buy another car from this dealership.

Fantastic group of folks here! Kim, the service manager, gave me a tour and I was blown away at the scope of services they offer. Jason helped me out with a VIN inspection too. I will not hesitate to pick North Pointe for any services I may need in the future. As for their used car sales, “trust” and car sales people sometimes go together like oil and water, but I would advise anybody to have 100% confidence dealing with North Pointe Auto Group! 10/10 recommend!

This is a wonderful place with great service! I was greeted by each person with a friendly smile. I went for a VIN inspection and was in and out in no time with no appointment needed! I would recommend this place to everyone if you like great service with a smile...real smiles not the fake ones that you get from most people these days! Thank you all!

Bill and the team at North Pointe was great. They worked with me being a truck driver and buying from them out of state. The night before I had my Ram transported, thieves stole my catalytic converter off my truck and a few other vehicles on their lot. They made it right by sending it to the shop and picking up the tab the next day after it arrived in North Carolina. Honestly, Professional, Easy to work with would definitely recommend. Thanks team.
