This place is amazing. I started from scratch not knowing anything about hand controls or where to go to have them installed. I became a below the knee amputee in July of this year. So with that being said I learned about Mobility Works through my physical therapist. I ended up getting in contact with Jennifer Hively with Mobility Works and she walked me through the whole process of getting my hand controls installed. Jennifer was and is very informative and helpful. She worked with me from the time I placed the order of my hand controls until I drove my vehicle out of the garage after they were installed. Their technicians got the controls installed in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone with a disability that is wishing to get back in the drivers seat again. Their staff is very friendly, professional and patient. I really got the feeling they cared about me and my needs versus just trying th get me out of there.

Jennifer exceeded my pre.conceived expectation of car shopping. She understood my reluctance to leave my current car behind, showed me the styles of ramps available, explained the differences between makers, made the search and ultimate out of state-to-Ohio transfer of my van... It took me nearly a year to resort to a dealer and less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely recommend MW (and Jen) in the future

We have searched online for a good used handicapped equipped van and sent an online request to Mobility Works for what we wanted. Steve Jackson contacted us and had a used van with Braunability package and only 28,000 miles. He drove the van to us to look at ( we are an hour and a half away) and it had everything we wanted and more. We are picking it up next week! We could not have asked for better service!
