I visit here everyday mostly for drinks and sometimes buy food i love the fries and mcchickens are my favorite

I’ve been training with Virgil for over 2 years now and I have gotten better and stronger over the course. Virgil, is very professional and he cares about your goals and will stop at nothing to help you accomplish them. My form is great, my endurance has improved tremendously. Virgil, holds you accountable for what you’ve asked for in your consultation. Having a personal trainer is one thing but having a personal trainer that pushes you to achieve the body you desire is a different story. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting and I’m glad I found Express Fitness Studio..Love my Express Family!!

Excellent results and environment!! Mr. Carter is very professional and concerned about his clients results and health. I have noticed great results since training with Mr. Carter for two years.

I found Express Fitness after multiple searches for a new gym in Dayton. Express Fitness offers super fun and effective classes that are fairly priced. Virgil also offers personal training sessions. I have done both. The personal training is great also. Lots of focus on form and safety. He works with me to avoid injury to my very problematic knees. I have worked with a lot of trainers and he is one of the best. One of the best things about this gym is the breadth of the offerings. I don't think we have done the same thing twice. And finally it is a very warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this gym for anyone that wants to get in shape and have some fun.

I love this gym. The group workout classes are fun and offered throughout the week. The full body workouts are my favorite.
